Generic Application Form-Education

I am a Chartered Accountant from Pakistan. CA requires 5.5 years of study after 12th Grade coupled with work experience from Audit Firms. I am confused in following matters:

1- My CA qualification is assessed as 3 Years Bachelors by WES. How many years should i put in the form. Is it 12+3 or 12+5.5?

2- What Highest level of education should i mention? In Pakistan CA is recognised as equivalent to Masters of Commerce but WES has granted me 3 years Bachelors. Should i put 'Non-university certificate/Diploma' or 'Bachelor’s degree' or 'Post Graduate – No degree'?

Hope i can get some nice inputs from the experienced guys.

Just read this, it seems i am in a same situation. Since you posted long time back, can I know how you manage it? did you get another degree or what? If you would like to share as it might be helpful.
