I got admitted into University of Windsor for Meng for the May intake. I have got a valid study permit issued before 18th march which gives me an exemption to travel to Canada. However since the course is online for the first semester i just wanted to know whether i could stay and work in some other province other than Ontario with my brother during this time,
Also i just wanted to know is there some facility provided at the airport for the quarantine.
Furthermore i need a clarification about the international airports that are open where i can do my immigration stamping or do i need to get of at Toronto airport specifically.

Currently for international arrivals as I understand it only Vancouver,Calgary,Toronto and Montreal are identified to accept international arrivals.

You are expected to arrive with an isolation plan, if you arrive without one then apart from maybe getting a hard time from CBSA then the authorities will place you in a place of their chosing. Whether have to pay for this is a grey area, common sense says people should else why would anyone bother with their own plan but nothing makes any sense at the moment.

As for online personally do not see it makes any difference where you participate online from even if were outside of the country other than maybe there is some limit of how much can be online versus in class. There have been a few posts on here where people have even planned to start their course online before travelling but whether they verified this with the institution or IRCC as to how this might affect their permit no idea. Different province in Canada suspect though makes little difference as far as online study goes..

You can go to a different province while your program is online.

It would be very irresponsible to come to Canada without your own quarantine plan.

You can arrive at one of the 4 designated airports.

Would also be checking with your program coordinator. Smaller programs may have some in person meetings with professors or others for those who are in Canada.
