1. Income proof is not required for spousal sponsorship, only you need to prove how you will support your self once your partners PR is issued.
2. Take a afedvit from your father stating that you both leave together with them.

And what is the best way to show how we are gona support ourselves there ?

The best way to show you can both support yourselves together can be a letter of employment from the sponsors or applicants employer even though you don't need to be employed it is a good way of showing that you are both earning money and are able to support one another. Another way is to provide proof of any savings the sponsor or applicant may have that will assist you both should you need the money.

I have a question for you . We both live outside canada . And we dont have any employment in canada . Under the current circumstances isnt it good that we show them that we have suppose 10k dollars to support ourselves there and till we get job we will live with our maternal uncle . He will provide us with the letter . Kindly let me know if this sounds good

I don't see any issue with that, if you can prove you have $10,000 Canadian Dollar as you say by including a bank statement of some sort that should assist your application as you have money to support yourselves. Living with your Uncle should also not be a issue, but other people may be able to advise you on here if so. I would get your Uncle to write you a letter and have it notarized which means (approved or certified).

I have a question for u guys. My husband received an email from VO requesting more specific documents to show the steps he has taken of his intention to move to Canada. We're just confused as to what kind of documents they want n how can he prove it. It's kinda hard because u can't just take a step like this without knowing for sure if he's approved. Please if somebody got similar request or has an ideas on whatvto send pls share an thank u!

The VO basically wants to see real intent to move to Canada if your sponsorship is approved. Examples of these could be correspondence regarding renting or buying a house, job market enrollment, applications to University if you plan to study further., emails to family and friends about your relocation etc

We have sent such documents but the said that they weren't satisfactory. Its kinda hard to rent or buy a house if we're not sure of when or if we're going. It all depends on they're approval.
