Good Day ALL,

Actually i am new for these things about immigration even i have no idea about the process and those codes of Visa like (CIC and CGM :-X .. etc) but i need to have a brief idea about the situation in Canada .. how is the economy overthere and is it easy to immigrate to it, also is it easy to get a job with a fair salary (Mid Level Career) and what is the modest salary in Canada to have a medium life .. and finally what about the nationality process briefly (i mean is it easy to get the citizenship quickly or it is difficult).

The reason i am asking about this, because i got a reply from the lawfirm office that they can apply for me under skilled workers catogry and they need around CAD 2995 (as installment) and they will proceed with it (but not guranteed to get it) so shall i process with them or there is another way better !! like come in under job offer then try to change my visa to permenant one (or this way does not work in Canada).

Sorry for this long paragraph and awaiting an expert's response, :D

Thanks in advance,
FB

You can actually do the processing on your own..
2995 CAD is way to expensive! :o

Assaalmualaikum

Skilled immigration without job offer and Canadian Experience class/PHD stream is on pause till Jan, 2013.

It all depends upon a lot of selection factors e.g. age, exp, Language skills, Education, adaptability etc.

Please go through the following thread,

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/new-fsw-points-criteria-announced-new-federal-skilled-trades-class-fstc-t115576.0.html

to understand the new points system or visit cic.gc.ca.

After this, u will be able to have a clear vision of Canadian Immigration w/o Job offer.

If u still are unable to do anything....

Contact Canadian Immigration Lawyer David Cohen

http://www.canadavisa.com/assess/canada-immigration-visa.htm

He is a trustworthy consultant in my opinion,

Cheers,

Nashe
