French language is our second language , we start taking courses at school it at a young age (9 years old ).
I'm also a fluent English speaker (9.5/10) but not so good at French language (3/10)
Since i'm considering immigration to Canada,
i want to know if it's mandatory to be good at both languages?
if not , does it help to be a fluent speaker at both languages?
because if that would be the case then i need to start taking French language courses to get a better score.
