I have got conditional offer from humber college for global business management..The condition was to provide a bachelor degree before 2 weeks of start of programme..I have got my degree and submitted to humber college and waiting for an unconditional offer..my question is can I start my visa process with a conditional offer or I need unconditional or final letter of acceptance before applying for study permit under SPP..I am in urgent need guys..please help me..thank u
