GCMS - What is "One-Time Waiver CIT Processing" under Org & entities?

Got my gcms notes today and saw Org & entities 3 that says One-Time Waiver CIT Processing. This got created June 23, 2021. It shows

Type = Organization
Sub type = Other
Other Sub type description = ORG 700

Does anyone knows what is this?

We don't know what that is. This is something new and I didn't see this on the notes that were extracted on the 21st of May.

Your best bet would be to contact the call enter and ask the agent what this exactly means. If you get an agent that is knowledgeable, they might be able to explain what this means. There isn't any other way I know to properly understand what this means.
