My GCMS says medicals sent but I haven't received anything yet ! ECAS was in process since 22 April 2014! Dies it mean they sent me the MR but I didn't receive it yet ?
It says criminality : in progress
Medicals : sent !!
Can anyone explain ?

Check your junk mail, if not there, email CIC to verify. Or you can go to doctor right away, if CIC sent already, the doctor should see your IME in the system.

You should take action ASAP as the medical needs to be done within 60 days.

There is a section in GCMS notes that lists outgoing communication. Check if there is an entry there. There would definitely be an entry for AOR (successful for English, and cancelled for French). If medicals were sent for you, you'd find the details there (date sent, sent to what email ID, etc.).

If ECas was in process from 22nd, there is a possibility MR was sent around that time.

Yeah just go do the medical at e-medical enabled clinic. If they can find your IME you are in the system. My wife never received her MR but the clinic found her IME and uploaded her results anyway. We never received RPRF request either and paid it "upfront", now we already have our CoPR... Sometimes CIC just doesn't do things very well ::)

Did you apply yourself or through a lawyer?

Cheers

Thank You everyone for your help. You guy are awesome.

Yes according to the GCMS, They were sent on April 1 to my representative's email. But he just said he didn't get anything. But thanks to the posts here telling me about IME # I just went to the doctors office they looked up with IME and my info was there. So I did medicals today.

Now the question is how do I find out If CIC requested something else or not, like additional docs , or RPRF kinda stuff ?

Also, If they were sent on April 1, and Its May 12th Already, and I did the Medicals today. It was e-medicals enabled clinic. Should I be okay ?? As it expires in 60 days :-/ and I did medicals on 42nd day, It will take 2 weeks to reach CIC as well. :( Im worried

First of all, good to hear you have done the medical. 60 day deadline is when you need to perform, not actually received by CIC. So I believe you should be ok. Guys, correct me if my understanding is incorrect.

You may give the doctor a bit push to upload ASAP explaining the situation. Once he uploads the result, attach the info sheet given by the doctor and update CIC.

Re RPRF, usually it is sent a few days after or same time with medical, if your rep did not receive it, you may pay upfront, i.e. right now. But I doubt your rep did not tell you the truth or maybe missed the email negligently. Not sure if GCMS indicated something about RPRF.

Atul, please pay RPRF upfront ASAP.. and send receipt to CIC's cost recovery email id

Thank you I think the REP did it intentionally. I didn't really need a REP and did everything by myself but because of my Boss's reference I couldn't say No. and It turned out to be a Wrong decision.
