I ordered my notes 31 days ago but still haven’t received them. Is this normal?

sometimes due to the high volume of requests, IRCC maybe unable to meet 30 days processing standard......be patient....it will arrive

Have you received the notes ? I ordered my notes since October 19th and haven't received it.
I sent an email to ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca today.

Yes I just got them via email now. I requested for ours on October 20 I think you will get yours today too
