What does this mean? and when should one start thinking of asking for them and how long do they take? Would this make a negative impact on the file?

No has no effect on your app. If you order electronic notes of officer....you'll see any notes on your file and status. You usually order after you've sent extra information to confirm it was attached to your file. Or when you are over the processing times. It takes around 30 days. You can also order the full application to confirm that all of your documents were scanned in after you mailed them. From time to time they dont scan everything.

They have asked us to do the medical tests and attach proof that I will be returning to Canada along accommodation and proof my husband is searching for a job there. We sent the, 2 weeks ago (maybe 3). But we do not have any update on the system.

It has been 3 months for our application (applied in November). Our VO is updated to 13months now. Should I make any action now? or wait at least half of the time has passed? What do you think??

yes, its been 3 months since you applied but the VO only received your application at the end of November. I recommend that you wait at least 3 months to allow your VO to work on it. otherwise, you will received GCMS notes blank and useless.

SO you think end of may/begninning of june I would send them if they dont update or anything?

My concern is that on the system they have this: " Review of submitted documents" but it is still blank. We have submitted documents in mid January. So they is causing me some anxiety. Should I be concerned about this? Should I do something, email them perhaps to make sure they received it?
