I am from India. My study permit application was rejected twice. I want to urgently apply for GCMS notes, but I don't know any Canadian Citizen. I am stuck, can anyone help me regarding this? Or does anyone know how to apply for it from India? Any information would be helpful.

Anyone know when is the right time to order GCMS notes from the date of my PR application under EE? Thank you...

Based on other people's experience, I would suggest to wait for 2 more months as there will be a lull (read less progress seen on the website) between month3 - month5 after submission of the application.
