I noticed the consent form recently changed adding a representative signature line in section C - is this to be signed by the spouse giving consent - same spouse signing section A . I'm not clear on the answer here - thanks for any help

If you are in Canada you can order them for free under the Privacy Act.

did you require the consent form? if so, in section C the representative signature line - who signs it if anyone. The consent form was just recently changed.

If the PA is in Canada they can order the notes themselves through the Privacy Act- which negates the need for consent.

It says there is a 5.00 charge for it? Does it explain what the immigration officer is doing on the application? Am debating whether to bother ordering them or continue to be patient.

It costs $5 if the PA is not in Canada.

Yes, it's well worth the $5.

It gives an in detail look at exactly what is happening with your file as well as CSE specific notes of the visa officer processing it.

I order them and then reorder them the day they arrive. I'm waiting for my fourth set of notes now.

When it says client# is that the UCI number and would be inquiring about immigration file? Trying to fill it out. Did they send it to u via email?

I added sponser information where it request info and requested for immigration officers notes. Hopefully I did it right.... Does it really take a month to hear back or do they just tell everyone that....

Where it says requestiin information for is that the applicants info or sponser?

The sponsor is requesting information on behalf of the applicant.
