Good day guys~

First of all Happy Holidays for all of us,.
Just want to ask bout GCMS Notes, I requested mine last Nov.13 but until now I didnt received any email except for the confirmation that they received my request,.
and actually this is my second request. Cause I requested before, back in september and didnt receive any response from them except confirmation that they received my first request.
Any contact numbers should I call? Or what should I do?

The only thing you can do is write to the email on the confirmation
They will either send them straight away or ask that you resubmit - tell them this is the second time and hopefully it will be the former response you get

Since April 2013, we have been processing Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) requests online. We are pleased to announce that this initiative is a great success!

Takes 30 days until you receive the notes.

Second last page it says " file at mp 03299 desk"

If this is the case how long do i have wait

Hi there unico! It's the 42nd day since we submitted our request for GCMS Notes. We already sent a follow up thru email and mentioned our tracking number and only got an automated reply same as yours.

It's really frustrating and worrying that they still haven't sent anything to us until now. We are already on our 7th month since we applied for PR visa under Family Class- Spousal and yet no PPR until now. That's why we ordered GCMS notes. It made us more frustrated not having any news or idea on the status of our application.

We are planning to send another follow-up email today.
