Hi have applied for gcms noted received below reply.

Need to know what is written after *nor that S-1 is not to facilitate entry to canada for unknown reasons Application refused as per R216*., the second last line means.

In above i have passed criminal check, No misinformation.

Please update.

It means your application for a study permit was refused because the visa officer was not satisfied that you will return to your home country after completing your studies. They believed your intentions as a student were not genuine.
