Hello Seniors:

I Got my GCMS Notes. Eligibility Required went to the Officer review. As I read the notes, it seems officer is convinced of my eligibility, yet he/she sent it to officer review. Don't understand why.

Now, the Due date in Eligibility section is 2015/02/25. Does this mean I have to wait till next year FEB? Any feedback?

Thanks!

Also I just realized that In most of the section, criminality, medical etc, the due date is FEB 2015

I guess I am in the same boat. Let us expect MR next year. :o

In the notes, there are two places the officer has made note as CEC Qualifying experience. One is for my wife and other for me. Both of us qualified for CEC but I made myself as Principal applicant. But I submitted employment documents for my wife as well. Do I need to clarify with CIC? Or will they understand? From notes it seems officer is confused.
I read it somewhere that it is advisable to send only specific documentation while applying for PR. Providing more information is generally good in many walks of life but not in case of an application with CIC. I remember one case where a person's application was returned only because he provided a copy of his lease as well in the application package. The VO returned the application with a note that this is not what what we have asked in our checklist and now I am confused whether you applied for the right program or not. Please follow the checklist and send us only the information that we have requested.

Did you get your medicals already? if that is the case, you should wait keeping your fingers crossed. If you try to follow up with them at this stage, it will only confuse them further IMO.

Hi

A quick question here: do we see the criminality, security, medical etc for the primary and the secondary applications separately or they are clubbed into one?

I am asking this because I added my spouse later in the application and it is logical to assume that she is a few steps behind me in these parameters.

Thanks
