Literally no idea from the tiny, tiny, tiny amount of information you've provided.

These notes that you've posted here only mean that the paper file is stored in a location called "PR interview." That cannot say anything at all about the interview, for which you'd need other context and potentially mind-reading capabilities.

Still can't tell anything. Seriously.

A lot of applicants serviced by the Mexico VO get interviewed. Seems to be common practice there.

If there's a specific reason why you may be interviewed, it would be in the long-form notes at the end of the GCMS file. All you're posting here are file notations at the top and they don't provide any context as to why an interview may or may not be required, or even if the "PR Interview Cuba" location of a paper file means it'll be interviewed.

It means your need an interview because there are concerns about your relationship being genuine. It is not uncommon in many relationships especially when there has been a history of people from the country entering into marriages with other intentions other than being in a longterm relationship or in situations where there has been very little time together in person.

While that's likely the case for an interview, there's absolutely no indication of about 90% of what you have written in the sparse amount of notes shared.

Most of my post is a general comment about why interviews are requested. All I said is that there are concerns about their relationship being genuine if an interview is requested.
