I ordered GCMS notes from CBSA on May 1. It's past the due date and I have not heard back from CBSA.

Anyone ordered the notes around the same date and received them?

The processing time for GCMS notes is 30 days. However, there may be delays if there is a high volume of requests.

Here are some additional tips for getting your GCMS notes from CBSA:
  • Make sure you have submitted your request correctly.
  • Be patient. The processing time for GCMS notes can be long, especially if there is a high volume of requests.

I ordered CBSA notes on 17th April, and reached out on May 26th and I recieved this email a few days back

We have received your follow up query regarding your ATIP request.
The CBSA is currently experiencing a surge in the volume of requests, and unfortunately we are not in a position to meet the legislated timelines for all requests.
Please be assured that the CBSA is processing all requests as quickly as possible, but an estimated completion date is not available at this time.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and thank you for your understanding.
