GCMS Notes|| Information needed on INFO SHARING

Received GCMS notes yesterday. Need help on what does status "Ready to be Assessed" means. Also, the status was changed to "Ready to be Assessed" on 2016/09/02. More than 3 months have passed since then but no update to it.
What could be the reasons.
