So I ordered my GCMS notes and I received my medicals today and waiting for my RCMP fingerprint to come back. Have anyone get their application refused after medicals and the RCMP check?
And after reading my GCMS it seems that I passed the Eligibility Assessment, IELTS, NOC, Employment check etc... But I have not received my RPRF or Bio yet

Does it the eligibility says recommended passed or just passed?

What do the notes towards the end of the file say? Their will be an entry from a VO. They will give you a much better insight into what's actually happening.

Not everyone appears to get their rprf and mr etc at the same time so I don't think there's anything to worry about

Stage 1: Eligibility check
Stage 2: Admissibility check

I believe those getting RPRF/Biodata/PPR quickly after MR have already had their admissibility checks completed. For the rest, who are having to wait, I believe admissibility is still on going.

I believe you're right. This would also implicate that getting MR is not a reason to believe that the eligibility and admissibility checks have passed, so you could still be rejected, even though you did get a medical request.

As per OP25A, medical results should be issued when eligibility has been completed (passed). So I think that's pretty safe. The next step is admissibility and the security side of that is completed by CSIS. There doesn't seem to be a lot of recent data on how long these checks take, but assuming that the checks are being completed, for some, after MR, then it would explain the delay in PPR/RPRF.

Admissibility comes down to criminal and security checks - also medical results.

So you shouldn't be worried.

Admissibility review comprises of criminality, security and medical - rprf email says that.

So, unless cic finds any any issues with above items, you're all good.

However, I must say that one usually gets MR after eligibility is set passed.

Just wait for few more days - you should get rprf and bio data followed by ppr.

Thanks for pointing out that article, I've looked through that PDF (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op25a-eng.pdf) but cannot find your statement. Could you point out where I can find it so I can read it and reduce my stress haha :P Thanks!

You are correct re eligibility. But how quickly someone receives the RPRF/bio/PPR request depends on what stage the admissibility review is at. So it is possible it can take longer than a few days.

Procedure: Determining admissibility
Once the visa office has determined that an applicant is a member of the CEC pursuant to R87.1(2), the principal applicant and their family members, whether accompanying or not, must complete medical examinations, and pass criminal and security checks.
For detailed information about determining admissibility, refer to the ENF 2 / OP 18 – Evaluating Inadmissibility manual chapter.

Basically it means, are you eligible for CIC? And the answer at this point is yes. :)

As I said.

Eligibility + Admissibility = PR.
