GCMS note says " eligible not met" !!!HELP PLEASE !!!

hi all,

i got my note today

says " eligible not met"

found out it is because i didnt submit my originally copy of the degree and transcription i got from my back home, only submitted WES.

so i reached CSE today, and have all the documentation submitted

am i still have a chance get my ppr? or i will get rejected for sure?

If the true reason is due to your omission of photocopy of original degrees, you should be completely fine after your CSE. I saw a guy (@ConnieD) successfully avoided an almost certain rejection (NOC code and job duties not match) by submitting additional proof via CSE.

You may double-check your work experience, language test etc and raise additional CSE to sit on a safest position~ Best luck with your application

Depends on the case officer. But there is another instance in this forum where applicant (search for ConnieD) found issue with job letter (NOC and roles/responsibility not sufficient) in GCMS notes. Submitted the revised job letter and got ppr. So you still have chance. All the best!

Your CSE will depend on how (strict or lenient) the Case Processing Officer is. Sometimes if they are sympathetic to your cause they will attach the Certificate to your file.

If not unfortunately you will be rejected and have to re-start the process.

just dont understand why they still passed my application to Ottawa even my eligible is not met

are they now just awaiting the officer in Ottawa to reject my case if i do not reach a CSE ?

i m sure a CSE would work perfectly fine . after sending the CSE they will let you know if you have chance to reapply. but i think u should be ok.

but my documentation is not that clearly as they needs the files to be 2 mb or smaller

so i have explained in my CSE

hope it will works.
