GCMS Note question

Hi everyone,
I have a question about my notes. My application is being processed for 9.5 months now. I tried calling and sent a web form but always get the generic answers.

My notes say:
Recommendation: Review required: Arranged employment: Unable to verify Canadian Work Experience under arranged employment of at least one year. A11.2 Review required R87.1 CEC minimum requirement appears met - ready to finalize RPRF complete

I submitted the document and I see in the notes that they have received it. So don't know what that means.

if you have sent the docs then wait for the officer to review.. nothing much can be done at this point.
