This is bullshit. CEC is experience base class not abduction base class as per I know. I meet all the requirement including main duties, pay and legal station in Canada. now why the the fuck they need to review my application for second time.

My situation is similar with you. I had my boss draft a letter to epxlain why he hired me and sent it to CIC.

Completely understand your frustration but to let you know if you are doing job that doesn't correspond to your education required to job , Concerns are raised by CIC .

Is your job is different from Skills acquired by your education ?

Yes my education fall into NOC B and i have applied in to NOC O.
So should i consider that my application will be rejected? Even i meet all the requirment?
