Hi, everyone, I was trying apply my gcms note online on June 12, I received the temporary track number when I just submited the application, then after 1days, they asked for my date of birth by email, and I gave to them right the way, but after I have not received a new number.., as it states clearly that After your request has been registered, a new number will be assigned to your request.
So I don't know what to do now?? Did they accept my gcms application ?

No one help ?

It'll take 30 days to receive. Just relax and wait. No big deal.

but my question is that they did not send my any comfirmation number, only temporary number... does that mean they did not accept my application?

You wont get another one. You will get your notes with in 30 days. And also if you want to find the status of you file quickly you just need to go to your local MP. It only takes 2-3 days.

You only get a temp number.

You only applied in nov their is absolutely no need to go and see your mp. Processing hasn't really started. Relax. You will receive your notes in due course.

I think nicole1006 applied her permanent residence application in August not November. More than half of August applicant already recieved there MRs. I am just giving her a suggestion that she could go to her local MP and they can find out the status of application in two days unlike GCMS which takes about 30. After all thats why the MPs are there for. I went to see my local MP and her manager happily helped me and i found out the status of my application in 2 days.

I'd leave MP visit out as a last resort. 50% MR doesn't mean anything in particular and shouldn't be a concern. For that matter even 95% shouldn't concern anyone. I bet there are still applicants from previous months waiting too.
