I am a refugee claimants based on my sexual orientation. Earlier this year, I ordered IRCC GCMS note under ATIP. I noticed a section called "INTERVENTION" is hardly mentioned by our folks.

I removed some of my personal information. Here claim type/category and "stream" fields are really confusing.
If I assume the "Stream: File Review" field means I have been put into RPD File Review process, but that makes no sense since I didn't hear anything from IRB after my IRCC interview (Aug 2024).
Likely, I cannot find any information about those numbers in Claim Type and Claim Category.

Can anyone share your GCMS note for better reference? I would really appreciate your help!
