ok friends, here is my situation regarding GCMS notes. I applied online on May 10 and received the copy today via email. nothing started on my application except that the criminality is in progress and RCMP screening resulted in no reportable trace.

There was a section called "INCOMING" where I could find details of the documents which I sent on 3 different occasions to be added to my file. But I could see that only 2 of the doc details were located under the section "INCOMING" and the 3rd one under the section "NOTES"

Is this normal?

Re: GCMS: Major mistakes in the GCMS notes

Those aren't mistakes per se, rather omissions or CIC hasn't gotten to that point yet or that information is not part of GCMS notes.
Look for "criminality", that's where they would mention the PCC and whether it is the original or copy. If they haven't started it, chances are they won't mention the PCC either.
I don't believe reference letters are mentioned specifically in GCMS notes. This would be part of eligibility criteria. If you've received a reply confirming it has been attached to your file, that's the proof you need.

Re: GCMS: Major mistakes in the GCMS notes

Somewhat similar case with me..

Sent additional documents (on April 29) through email -- Did not receive acknowledgement that doc is added to my file.
Sent reminder email(on May 9) to acknowledge that they have received my docs -- Again Did not receive acknowledgement that doc is added to my file.

what should i do? Shall I send the docs again in fresh email? With better subject line saying URGENT ?

Re: GCMS: Major mistakes in the GCMS notes

send another email that happened to me before they answered to me on the second try ...just ask kindly if the documents have been received.
good luck !!!!

Agreed Senorita. Initially when I started the topic, I did not find any details about my additional docs in gcms notes and hence the title was "major", but later when I started going thru in detail I found details about all my additional docs which I sent.

As long as all 3 are in your gcms notes (regardless of where it is shown), I think you are okay. However in my case I sent PCC (mine and spouses) and it was shown in 'incoming' section.

By the way, did you get any email acknowledgment for your document submission?

Yup, I got the confirmation...
