GCMS/CAIPS expert here?

Recently my cousin who lives in Canada for the GCMS on my behalf but after a month we came to know that he mistakenly applied in wrong category i.e privacy act instead of access to information act. So after a month we got an email stating that ' We can't provide you information because ....... ' and in the end it was mentioned if you want us to access it under Access to information act then pay 5$ and send us receipt and we did it as per asked.

I need to know, are they going to take another 30 days or they are going to give us the information sooner?

I plan to apply for the notes through 'visafile.info'

Is that a reliable source to get CAIPS / GCMS ???

Do u recommend another ?

Also can I file multiple GCMS requests to be sure I get one on time? Would that have any negative effect on my application ?
