I found this info just now, Noon time Monday :-

• Our server is down.
  If we are performing maintenance, we will let you know.

AND of course as usual they do MTC early mornings, reads :-
This online service will be unavailable from 3:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. Eastern time, on Tuesday October 23, 2018, in order to perform system maintenance
