GCKEY Schedule A Re-Upload

Hello,

I uploaded a Schedule A form via GCKEY but haven't submitted it yet. I'm now trying to upload a revised version of the form but I keep getting an error about invalid form (I have validated the form and confirmed no date gaps), has anyone experienced this before? Does it not let you overwrite the previously uploaded filed, despite saying it will?

Any tips are greatly appreciated!

Does anyone know if when you are uploading the Schedule A on GCKey, does the PA need to make the solemn declaration themself, in order to finalize the submission? Or can I, the sponsor, do that? Cheers!
