Hello,
I need urgent advice about my TRV application.
My application is approved / decision made, but I cannot access my GCKey account because 2FA OTP codes are sent to my former representative’s email which I do not control.
I submitted IMM5475 to cancel/remove the representative and requested to update my email and re-issue my PPR / passport submission letter. I have already sent multiple follow-ups (Dec 7, Dec 15, Jan 13) and submitted a Webform with IMM5475 + passport copy (Jan 14), but still no response.

Questions:
How long does it usually take IRCC/visa office to remove a representative and update email?
What is the fastest escalation option if I don’t have an MP or lawyer?
Should I stop emailing and only use Webform?
