Gaza - any route to visit or immigrate to Canada from Gaza

Hi, does anybody have knowledge about immigrating or even getting temporary 6 month visa to Canada from Gaza.

In other words, can Palestinians from Gaza get approved and what is required.

It may be possible in the future that a sponsorship of a friend of the person might be available - the friend
could offer to sponsor them, as the friend is an independent employer - business owner.

But the person applying from Gaza is not going to be applying as a Spouse and does not have family in Canada.

Does he fit the definition of 'refugee' ? He is about 23 yrs old. Not member of Hamas.

It is hard to get refugee status from outside Canada.

He has the same options to apply for his immigration or work permit as anybody else. However, unless he can prove strong ties to his homeland, he might be considered a risk to overstay in Canada.

Does he have an education or a trade? If the employer friend can offer him a job that is skilled and he has the skills and experience to do it, it may be possible to sponsor him for PR under a provincial nominee program. Being sponsored for a PR directly, risk of overstay would not be an issue.

He can't show strong ties to his homeland caus he has no country at all !
His palestnian but palestin not a country yet so his statles .
He could try to apply as refugee for the U.N in land
or the canadian Embassy in Amman
i think he will get it as long he dosn't have any security problems .
