Gave medical before applying for visa, will CHC tell me in advance if its fine?

I went for my medical today and got an acknowledgement which I must submit with my visa application. But I am wondering if the CHC will notify me that the medical report is fine or not before I apply for visa OR will they wait for me to file my visa application first?

Asking this because if medical report is not fine, I might as well not apply for visa in the first place and save my money. I still have 15-20 days before I file the visa application.

i don't think so they'll tell you that your report is fine or not...

the report goes directly to CIC when you apply for visa.

i have given the pre medical too...applying in june 2nd week

Doctor has to sent the report to nearest Consulate or embassy where the file will be processed. It takes maximum of 7 days to reach reports to embassy after tests are done.

yes please. 7 days is the buffer time they keep so that the concerned hospital provide the reports to them.

No. You can apply for Visa before or after medical. There is no specific rule for that.

Medicals are valid for 1 year. So if you go for pre-medical, you can apply within 1 year. If not then you will be asked for medical by embassy.
