Gap in Studies - Looking for a 4 Year Bachelor

Hope you are all doing well. I am sharing with you a Pakistani student profile, please comment and share your opinion on It.

10th: 62% - Science Group - 2003
12th/DAE: 69% - Mechanical - 2006
2 Year Bachelor - Mehchanical - 2009

Since the Janurary-2009 individual has full time employment in his related field. Now the individual is looking for 4 year Undergraduate bachelor degree specifically in Mechanical. Overall he has a 4 year gap from his latest education. Does this GAP make any positive or negative effect on his Case.?

no these gap cant create any problem but u have to show all your experience and all the full details of your organisation where you had worked all the time

Still Waiting for my IELTS result. Please pray for me Its on 7th of June, means on this Friday. I am hoping 6.5 bands.

After doing some research I consider below mentioned universities due to low fees but I don't know how much these are competitive.
1 - Mechanical Engineering @ Memorial U
2 - Industrial Systems Engineering @ UoRegina
3 - Mechanical Engineering @ UoManitoba
