Gap in studies and about children

I am having a 7years gap in my studies but was taking tutors for children. Now complications in relationship and decided toget divorced and go to Canada .So procedures to take children to canada and is this gap a problem
is also not known .

How are you going to Canada? Do you have full custody of your children? You will need written approval from your spouse to take the children out of the country.
