Gap in Personal History

I need some advice. After completing my graduation, I had a gap of 1 month before I started my job. Do I need to mention that in my personal history.

Yes, you should mention this in both your personal history and your address history (assuming your address changed). The reason doesn't matter - just say something like "waiting to start working".
