Anyone does know whats the fiscal year for CIC office ? Is it same for all regions ? why there is a lag in processing time from Jan 2005 applicants ?

1. Calender year for applications
2. April to March for fiscal year.
3. Same for all offices.

Hello,

I was just wondering, my PR application is still in process under NB PNP with Employer Support since June of 2013. Late last year, I've been receiving email from a "Case Processing Agent" and then just 2 weeks ago, I got an email from a "Program Support officer" requesting for a copy of my dependent's passport. What does this mean? What is the difference between a case processing agent and a program support officer?
