FWS:Sending Documents after VOR

Hi Guys,

My wife is now planning to take IELTS exam now. Can send her IELTS score in the later time after I have sent my FSW documents?

I score more then 67 currently , its just for additional points.

In the new application for FSW it has been strictly mentioned to provide the IELTS for the spouse as well along with the application.
Seniors please correct.
Even I am confused, as in the application they are asking for the evidence of English proficiency for spouse along with application.

if you want to claim spouse language proficiency points, then you must submit IELTS report card along with your main application
