My common-law partner will be applying for a visitor visa. I made an invitation letter stating that I will be the one resposinble with the expenses. My question is, does my common-law needs to provide his bank statement as well? Or just me?

Common-law is the main applicant, so unless common-law is your dependant then your statement is secondary and will only be taken into account after common-law proves funds.
