I am a PR in Canada (and so is my wife) and we both are staying here for almost 1.5 years now. We want to apply for visitor visa for our parents (Not Super visa). For this we are preparing an invitation letter. I needed below clarities and help from the forum

1) How much funds should my parents show in India for visitor visa application?
2) By dad and mom have funds separately in their accounts. My dad will have 75% and mom would have 25%. While filling application for visa, there is a form IMM5257E which needs to be filled separately for all family members (mom & dad in this case). It asks for "Funds available for my stay". Shall i fill in all 100% funds in both mom & dads forms or split out the funds?
3) Will I need any document stating my mom & dad can use funds interchangeable from their accounts?
4) Me & my wife will write an invitation letter for them. While our salaries are good (combined salary of $190K annually) , our bank balance is only roughly $5K in each of our accounts for last few months ($10K in total). Is it mandatory to share bank statements as I think balance is low? balance is low because we have been transferring a lot of funds to India for a property we have bought in India. What should be reasonable funds to show in bank statements? Can we also show are trading account statements (wealthsimple, questrade etc) as those too have nearly $20K combined in TFSA and regular trading accounts.

This question interests me as well. But my spouse and I make roughly 90k a year. The issues that after going all the bills the remaining money go investment account… My mom has around -$1000-$2000 in her account from last 3 months which is her pension coming in…. I just think to go ahead and apply with what we have and add tfsa.
