Hi Seniors,

I am in the process of collecting documents for CHC New Delhi. I am following the Checklist.

I would like to know if it is required to send Funds Proof at this stage also. In the checklist it is not listed.

Also should I use same copies of Forms I used initially and sent NS. And if I want to update few points in the previous forms like my son's PPT #, Identitity #, etc. what should I do.

In the checklist it is not listed. which checklist you are following? the checklist for CHC ND clearly says to send the proof of funds. see page 6 of checklist for CHC ND available at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled-mission.asp providing proof of funds is a compulsory thing to do if you are applying as a skilled worker, unless you have an arranged employment in canada.

Also should I use same copies of Forms I used initially and sent NS. And if I want to update few points in the previous forms like my son's PPT #, Identitity #, etc. what should I do. simply update the forms to make necessary change and send them. include an explanation letter explaining the changes you have made.

hope this helps.

Ok tell me one thing if we show and evaluate our Flat, Car, Land & Jewellery which we may sell when we go will it work.
We don’t have much Cash in our Account as we have recently purchased a Flat.

We were assuming that this would be the last step and at that we will sell few things and we can show Bank Statements. But at this stage it is becoming tough for me.

Can I show them evaluated values and if yes how. Plz guide.

i heard that only CHC London accepts property as proof of funds. dont know about CHC New Delhi. my visa office (CHC Islamabad) doesn't accept property as proof of funds. that's what i know.

Proof of funds MUST be in liquid form. You need a bank statement or Fixed deposits to show proof of funds which can be on your or your spouse name or a combination of both

absolutely right.

chc-nd does not accept property etc as proof of funds they want money in ur bank account either in savings or as fdr's. but they have to be in liquid form.

regards.

Thanks Guys for your replies.

I would be able to have Liquid Cash in my Account when I would be immigrating and would sell my things. But at this stage I dont have the same.

Is it possible if I send email to CHC New Delhi and tell them my case and also tell them that whe I woudl Immigrate I woudl show Funds in my ACcount.

Can this work???

Seniors plz guide.

no meena. this won't work. u have to show funds at present in ur name or ur spouse's name. otherwise IO will presume that u don't have sufficient funds and he/she might reject ur case. so arrange funds. u can borrow it from ur relatives/friends and when everything is done and u r ready 2 go u can sell ur belongings and repay them. but u must show them funds at the time of full app. don't take risk at this stage.

regards.
