funds proof asking Delhi CIC even for LMIA ..HELP

Dear friends

i have valid LMIA(to support permanent residence application only) approved under skilled trades class, applying from India.
now CIC delhi asks proof of funds in mycic account.

I believe i dont need to provide this proof of funds due to approved LMIA.

PLEASE CLARIFY and help me if i am wrong.
have only 7 days.

LMIA and job offer alone is not enough, see [1]

You do not have to show that you have these funds if:

you have a valid offer of arranged employment in Canada AND
you are currently working or authorized to work in Canada.

I.e. if you don't have a work permit at the moment, you still need proof of funds.
