Is there an limit as to the amount of cad cash I can take from India....As far as Canada is concerned they don't have any restrictions....but there may be restrictions in india.please advise...

True there is not limit into Canada but any cash taken into Canada 10000 CDN and over must be declared at the border. This includes the total of all currencies in a passengers possession not just dollars, failure to declare can result in seizure.

Also the more cash someone carries they should be prepared to show to customs the source of the cash.
