Funds for express entry while on Visitor Visa

Hi

I am applying under CEC , what are the funds requirement if i am on visitor visa as my wp got refused ? it mandotary to show carloan and does it deduct from your available balance ? For example., if I have $19k and I have car loan for $8000 , will it just be counted as $11k or $19k as $19k is my avaialble balance ? If I am on visitor visa, do I have to show $12,100 as per there requirement ? Please help

If you are a CEC candidate, you do not need to show any proof of funds for your PR application and EE profile creation. Your visitor visa status is irrelevant for the question of POF.

I'm not familiar enough with OINP to answer your question. If you had to show POF for OINP, you should also show it for the CIC application.

i am able to show funds, not sure if my loan gets desucted from total available amount i have

For federal programs such as FSW, car loans do not need to be deducted. Again, I am unsure about OINP. Were you asked about POF during the OINP application process?

Yes, I did showed proof of funds for oinp, I got car loan after that
