I heard from some one that there are some organizations which provide/ help in regarding for proof of funds.

Is this right? does an one have any idea how and where to contact them.

POF cannot be borrowed. It has to be your own money, unencumbured, and readily available to you. You are asking advice, in public, on how to commit a fraud.
