Hey, I recently got admission in Newfoundland canada, I have all the documents required for going ahead with my Visa, however the only concern that I have is the funds which is to be shown.

I have suffcient money in my account for 1 year tuition plus accomodation , additionally I dont have any property, can this cause my visa application to be rejected?

They only require you to show the 1 year tuition deposit + 10,000 and the cost of plane ticket from your country to Canada.
Sometimes they don't ask you to include the plane ticket price.
Showing 1 year tuition + $10,000 is enough.

Hey thanks alot for the reply, but I have contacted a Visa consultancy and they say if you show some property documents then proof of funding will be strong and also home ties will be shown. but however, I don't own any property.

My only concern is that my Visa should not be rejected.
