Fund requirement for visitor visa

Hi All,
I am a Canadian Citizen here in Canada and a family member of mine is applying for visitor visa to visit me in Canada for 1 to 2 weeks then she will return back to back home. As I do not have a job here and I am a college student therefore, she will cover all her expenses. Can someone please let me know how much funds should my friend need to show on her bank account in order to get a chance for a visitor visa ?

Is this a friend or a family member since you refer to her as both? She would need to visit for a minimum of 15 days to qualify to visit. Does she meet the tavel restrictions. How close of a family member? She'll need special authorization still. Will you be quarantining together and both staying home for 14 days if you have your own home or separate area like a basement? All the hassle for a 1 day visit doesn't seem worth it. It isn't just her finances that will be considered. 10k is a good amount but her ties to her home country like any property, longterm well paying job, immediate family at home (spouse or child) and previous international travel to countries like the US, UK, Australia, etc. will be all considered.
