If you are applying for a temporary resident visa as a worker, no need for proof of fund.
I am speaking thru experience but it may vary or different on where visa office your application will be processed.

While you don't have to show proof of funds as you would in FSW stream, being able to show healthy savings which you have earned goes to prove you have strong ties to your home country = you have gainful employment to come back to which decreases the VO's suspicion that you would overstay your visa. Coming from a non-visa exempt country puts additional hurdles to overcome compared to workers in visa exempt counties getting the same job offers.

i do appreciate your answer..My LMO is Kitchen helper..is that good LMO ? Kitchen helper job is demand in bc?

There can be additional reasons for submitting bank statements e.g. they would complement your past job experience and can serve as a proof of pay being transferred regularly to your account.
