Hi there. We have a 2 bedroom basement with living room and a huge full bathroom available for a rent. The rooms are fully furnished with bedding/linens etc (1 queen and 2 twin beds). Has separate TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, hot water etc. Kitchen on main floor and Washer and dryer in the basement are for common use. The rooms have large windows for plenty of natural light. We are a mid 50s couple living on the main floor. No smoking, no pets and no beef cooking. We are in Arbor Creek area, east side of Saskatoon, very neat and safe neighborhood. Rent $800-900/month, depending on no. of tenants and it includes all bills.
