Hello,
I am applying for master (winter 2018). I am fully funded by the university (includes tuition+$10,000). I am applying for visa and need help. How much property should I show ? We have cultivated lands. Also how much bank statement should i show? And in the study permit questionnaire it asks annual income of parents and it is low in my case. Is income tax returns really needed for this?
Can anyone please help. It's really urgent
Also, Please share your experience if you applied for study permit with scholarship.

If your funding covers tuition and living cost (10,000 CAD), you dont need to show anything extra. Anything extra is advantageous.
Property is a fixed asset so it only shows home ties.
Income tax return shows the proof of income of your parents (it belongs to them, not borrowed). Since you are not depending on your parents for support, you do not need ITR.
