Hi Friends,

I have a Full time Job offer with spouse open work permit. Am I eligible to get 50 points as part of recent changes in CIC EE ?

No, unfortunately. Merely having a job offer does not meet the requirements of having a "valid job offer" as defined by IRCC.

To be eligible while on an open work permit, your employer would have to obtain a positive LMIA to support your application.

What if Renguski applies under CEC class... still need a LMIA to get that 50 additional pts?
 
I am currently on a spouse open work permit. Can I apply for independent open work permit o the basis of the new job offer ? If yes, I think I can get 50 marks :D

The definition of "valid job offer" is independent of the class for which you expect to apply. But in fact, to meet the definition of a valid job offer, most people will be eligible under CEC.

This does not change the fact that the OP is not eligible. Please feel free to read the information at the link I provided.
