Hi,
I've received an invitation for Express Entry. In the Intend work column it asks if I have a full-time work Job offer.
I work in a company, and they hire people as a temporary part-time first, but the work hours are 37.5 hrs. It's just how the process is at the company.
Does it change anything?

First - merely having a job is not a valid job offer - unless you are working on an LMIA-supported TWP, you need to have an offer of future employment. Read the details here. If you do not meet the criteria for a valid job offer, you should answer "no".

Second - IRCC has its own definition of full-time and part-time, regardless of what your employer calls it. That is why your letter of employment MUST list the hours worked per week.

Full-time = 30 or more hours per week
Part-time = fewer than 30 hours per week.

It is that simple. If you work 37.5 hours per week, in IRCC's eyes, you are full-time.
